Terms of Service

The terms for using Zenvora business software, including the Zenibot WhatsApp messaging platform.

Last updated: October 28, 2026Zenvora · Zenibot
About these terms. These terms govern access to Zenvora’s business software, including Zenibot, a multi-tenant WhatsApp messaging platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

1. Service

Zenvora provides business software and related services, which may include account and workspace management, contacts, broadcast campaigns, WhatsApp templates, message inbox, automation/flows, captured leads, reporting, integrations and subscription or usage features. Features can differ by plan, configuration, tenant permissions and third-party availability.

2. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly update material changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate permissions to your team. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Customer data and responsibilities

You retain your rights in contact lists, message content, templates, uploaded files, leads and other material you submit (“Customer Data”). You give Zenvora permission to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data as needed to operate the features you choose, provide support, protect the service and comply with law.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data, for having the rights and permissions needed to upload it, and for providing required privacy notices. Do not upload unlawful, confidential or sensitive data unless you are authorized and the relevant feature and legal basis permit it.

4. WhatsApp and Meta requirements

When you connect a Meta or WhatsApp Business account, you must be authorized to administer that business asset and must follow the applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies. You are responsible for collecting and documenting valid recipient opt-ins where required, identifying the business sending messages, respecting opt-outs, maintaining accurate recipient data and using approved templates for business-initiated conversations where required. Outside the applicable 24-hour customer-service window, the WhatsApp Business Platform generally requires an approved message template to initiate or continue a business conversation.

You must not send spam, deceptive, unlawful, harassing or otherwise prohibited content; attempt to evade quality or messaging limits; or use the platform in a way that harms recipients, Zenvora, Meta or WhatsApp. Meta may reject or pause templates, limit messaging, change APIs, or suspend/disable accounts independently of Zenvora.

Applicable policy references: WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights; send communications without required permissions; distribute malware or malicious links; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer or interfere with the platform except where law permits; bypass access controls, plan limits or usage safeguards; or resell/transfer access except as expressly authorized.

6. Privacy and security

Our processing of information is described in the Privacy Policy. You must protect your login details and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You must not disclose Meta App Secrets, access tokens or other confidential credentials. You understand that use of Meta and other third-party services is also subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy notices.

7. Plans, subscriptions and payments

Plan features, message/usage limits, prices, billing cycles, taxes, wallet credits and applicable payment conditions are those shown in the relevant plan, order, checkout or written agreement. You authorize the charges you explicitly agree to. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a plan or separate agreement, fees are not refundable solely because a recipient cannot be reached, a message is undelivered, a third-party service is unavailable, or you do not use the purchased allowance. Any wallet or usage-credit balance is governed by the terms shown in the service.

8. Third-party services

The platform may rely on Meta/WhatsApp, hosting, messaging, email, payment, analytics and other third-party services. Zenvora does not control all third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent policies, decisions, outages, price changes or API changes. A connection can require reauthorization or additional steps if the third party changes its requirements.

9. Intellectual property

Zenvora and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, brand and documentation, excluding Customer Data and third-party materials. You may use the service only during your authorized subscription or access period and in accordance with these terms. You may not copy or resell the platform itself without written permission.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, delivery of every message, or any particular business outcome. We may update or change features for security, maintenance, product development, legal compliance or third-party compatibility. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material service changes where appropriate.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account/data deletion under the Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, address non-payment, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, comply with law, or respond to violations of these terms or Meta/WhatsApp policies. Termination does not remove obligations or records that must lawfully be retained.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Message delivery and read status depend on third-party infrastructure and recipient conditions. Zenvora does not guarantee sales, leads, response rates, deliverability or a specific commercial result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or third-party outages or enforcement actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability terms in a signed agreement will apply to the extent of a conflict.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer or other protections that apply to you. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will hear disputes where legally permitted.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version and date on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
